I, Danielle Pohl, am a member of this group just like everyone else. I'll facilitate meetings, find a space, and guide our purpose. My main goal is to establish trust by creating a gossip- and judgment-free environment, especially during sessions. I aim to be open, objective, and empathetic, sharing hard truths when needed. Confidentiality is essential. Respect each other's privacy; don't repeat group discussions outside of the group or post photos without permission. Do not record or take videos during meetings. Practice active listening: focus on empathy, avoid interruptions, and ask permission before offering advice. Respect each other's differences, backgrounds, beliefs, and parenting styles. This group is about support and encouragement. Honor individual boundaries and personal space. Inclusivity is a given; all mothers are welcome regardless of age, race, religion, or economic status.
