Be Brave! But how?

Courage and bravery are essential qualities for women to possess in order to live a fulfilling and empowered life. Having the courage to take risks, speak up, and challenge the status quo allows women to break free from limitations and achieve their goals. Bravery gives women the strength to stand up for themselves and others, advocate for justice, and pursue their passions.

However, fear can often hold us back from exhibiting courage and bravery. So, how can we overcome fear?

  • Reframe negative thoughts and focus on positivity. Although, toxic positivity should be avoided. Just telling yourself, "I'm amazing," won't make you feel amazing, no matter how many times you repeat it. Instead, pinpoint WHAT makes you amazing, and replay those specific details.

  • Take small steps outside of your comfort zone. Talk to someone new, go to a new restaurant or store by yourself.

  • Surround yourself with supportive and encouraging people.

  • Practice self-care and self-compassion. Sometimes this does mean sitting in a bubble bath with a glass of wine, but the most important self-care is what you do to help expand your mind. Start a journal, listen to a new podcast, read a self-care or motivational book.

  • Embrace failure as a learning opportunity. When we fail, we see very clearly where we went wrong. Sometimes it's hard to admit to ourselves that we've made mistakes, but the only way to move forward is to avoid those mistakes in the future and to take a new approach.

  • Embrace jealousy as a window into what you truly desire for yourself. Jealousy is a powerful tool. When we step back and break down what is causing those feelings of envy, we can see what it is we really want and can take small steps to achieving those desires.

Attending a support group like, I DON'T HAVE FING TIME FOR THIS," is an incredible way to accomplish all of these! It's also one of the easiest decisions to make because we all attend for the same reason! We all need something more.

By cultivating courage and bravery, women can break down barriers, build confidence, and create a better world for themselves and future generations. So, let's act on those small moments where we all feel courageous to go after our dreams and face challenges head-on!
