Many of us struggle with self-esteem and self-awareness, and it can hold us back from achieving our goals and living our best lives.

I've been doing this simple practice along with many others (a full blog on my morning routine will be posted shorty) for almost a year now and it has been a game changer in the way I treat and think about myself, as well as how I think about and treat others. I even created a poster for my bathroom that says, "Don't Leave This Room Until You've ahogh-Fived Yourself in The Mirror." It's a powerful reminder that I am worthy and valued and I deserve to be celebrated.
